Crock Pot Creamy Chipped Beef With Cheese

chipped beefThis is NOT your grandmother’s chipped beef recipe. This modern-day crock pot version is a variation of chipped beef on toast using ground beef, white sauce, and cheese on a fresh baked biscuit. What I love most about this Crock Pot Creamy Chipped Beef With Cheese is that it’s versatile and easy to make.

Feel free to use a blend of cheeses including Colby or cheddar. A can of drained diced tomatoes can also be added to the mixture for a creative twist. And you can opt for traditional beef and toast, if preferred.
