Million Dollar Mashed Potatoes

mashed potatoes

Want the ultimate comfort food? Well, here it is…Million Dollar Mashed Potatoes! I put a spin on an original Wolfgang Puck recipe that was a little too heavy on the cream and nutmeg. I’ve been making this recipe on Thanksgiving for 15 years. It’s a family and crowd favorite and quite easy to whip up.

Although you can use whatever potatoes suit your fancy, I highly recommend Yukon Gold. They add a nice flavor to an already creamy delicious side dish. You can also use fresh garlic or other herbs if you prefer. The options are endless! Enjoy these Million Dollar Mashed Potatoes!
