Crock Pot Dark Chocolate Pudding

  • 6 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 4 Cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Pound dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup marshmallow cream (like Fluff)


Step 1
In a medium crock pot, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and salt. Whisk thoroughly.
Step 2
Add the chocolate chips, cover, and set the crock pot on High to melt, about 30 minutes; whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Cook on Low for another 30 minutes. Scrape down the crock pot; whisk the pudding. Cook until set at the edges, but loose in the center, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes; whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Set on Warm to keep. Whisk just before serving.

    UM, yum! I am certainly going to try this. Though I’m going to have to go one step further and put in in a pie shell and cover it with whipped cream! When do you add the marshmallow fluff? Or is that for topping?
