Crock Pot Dark Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 4 Cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Pound dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup marshmallow cream (like Fluff)
Directions

In a medium crock pot, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and salt. Whisk thoroughly. | |

Add the chocolate chips, cover, and set the crock pot on High to melt, about 30 minutes; whisk until smooth. | |
Step 3 | |
Cook on Low for another 30 minutes. Scrape down the crock pot; whisk the pudding. Cook until set at the edges, but loose in the center, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes; whisk until smooth. | |
Step 4 | |
Set on Warm to keep. Whisk just before serving. |
UM, yum! I am certainly going to try this. Though I’m going to have to go one step further and put in in a pie shell and cover it with whipped cream! When do you add the marshmallow fluff? Or is that for topping?
